Cancellation Policy

Spots will not be saved until a $25 Non-Refundable deposit is received for Beach Weekend Retreats or a $25 deposit for No Frills Weekends.

Balances are due for Beach Weekend Retreats one month prior to the weekend.
No refund three weeks prior to the start date on any cancellation unless the spot can be filled.  Starting in 2025, there will be a $25 per person, per event late fee when balances aren't paid by the due date.

No refund two weeks prior to the start date on any cancellation unless the spot can be filled for the No Frills weekend.  

Payment for a seller spot for the Scrapbooking Supplies and Craft Supplies Yard Sale is due immediately and in full.  No refunds unless your spot can be filled.
